In this class, we open hips and hamstrings to balance Muladhara, Swadisthana and Manipura chakras.
 We gently bring in energy and attention to open the lower body and create more mobility, freedom and space. This allows the energy around the lower three chakras to be harmonized, grounded and energized with power. Be prepared for deep lunges and Hanumanasana variations. Deep restful hip openers help you to ride the wave of relaxation. These postures energize at the same time by opening the meridians of the kidneys and liver.
 Accompanying delicious, healing sound allows you to devote yourself entirely to your inner peace!
