From early morning until late night our retreat schedule is filled with a wide variety of offerings including yoga, meditation, dance, educational workshops, and live concerts. Be as active or as chill as you like – curate your own experience.

DAILY MEAL TIMES

Breakfast 7:30am – 10:00am

Lunch 12:30pm – 3:00pm

Dinner 6:00pm – 10:00pm
